New Term Begins

Due to continuing redevelopment in the YMCA, we are unable to use the venue until further notice, so for the time being we will be taking residence in Revue Studios.

The dates for this term are 12th Sept - 28th November (with no classes on 24th or 31st of October), this gives us 10 weeks worth of classes.


This term we will be looking at:

Voice
Movement Onstage
Props & furniture
Scripts & Lines
Blocking & rehearsal process
Creating Characters
Honesty and truth in performance

Confusions

On 27th June 2011, Acting On It presents 'Confusions' by Alan Ayckbourn, at the Dylan Thomas Theatre, Swansea.

These witty one act plays, join together to make for a great evenings entertainment!

Drinking Companions
Harry, husband of Lucy, tries to flirt with perfume saleswoman Paula until friend Bernice approaches and tries to get her to leave.

Between Mouthfuls
Two couples at adjoining restaurant tables realise an unwelcome common bond, assisted by an interactive waiter.

Talk in the park
In a park, sits four strangers on separate park benches, each with their own troubles.
